Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at In-Essence. We really endeavour to do all that we can to ensure that you love your purchase(s). If you are not fully satisfied with you item(s) you have received from us, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, without trace of odour or fragrance. It must be in the original packaging with labels and tags attached. If items do not meet the criteria stated they are non-returnable and will be denied.

It is a requirement to notify us of your intent to return your items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at info@inessenceonline.com with your intentions to return and we will do our best to assist you.

Refund
We are not obliged to give you a refund until we have received the item(s) back from you. We recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method i.e Recorded/ Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
