Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

We pride ourselves in being able to handle your orders quickly and efficiently. We aim for all orders to be shipped out within 24 - 48 hours of purchase subject to your order being in stock. Please note some items are custom made (W.I.M.C collection) and require processing time of 3 - 5 working days. Please note we do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.

If you order includes a custom made collection item, your order will be shipped out when the custom order is ready to be dispatched. For example, if you order a Hoodie from the "FAITH IT" collection and a Hoodie from a custom made collection (W.I.M.C). Your order will be dispatched once the custom made order collection is ready.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use reliable local couriers for deliveries. 

There are two options available:

First class tracked - 1 - 2 days

Standard tracked - 2 - 3 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use reliable couriers for deliveries. 

International Tracked - 3 - 5 working days.

Please note that customs charges such as import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon your parcels arrival are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered or reimbursed by In-Essence. We would advise you check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may be before purchasing.
